This tool combines standard PD and millimeter/inch rulers with near vision optotypes—including LEA Symbols®, LEA Numbers®, and HOTV Letters in 20/32, 20/60, 20/80, and 20/100 acuity sizes. It also features a diopter scale and a pupilometer in half-millimeter increments to support detailed and accurate eye exams.
