Payment Terms
Payment is due when the order is placed. The invoice is included in the package.
Shipping
Regular orders taken before 3:00pm CST ship out the same day. Products are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS.
Returns
Any item returned for credit or exchange must include invoice copy, or invoice number and date.
Merchandise must be in original packaging and in as-shipped condition.
ALL RETURNS are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
ALL shortages/defectives must be reported within 7 business days after delivery.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS.
